1. Warranty Period
All products purchased from HZSTech.pk come with a 1-month warranty starting from the date of purchase. During this period, customers may request support if the product is found to be defective.
2. Specific Instruction with IEM
I had to do this as our main product is IEM
- Please use Proper DAC with IEM if you are planning to use them with Type-C devices ( incase you bought 3.5mm) , don’t use local converter it will damage the IEM and affect its sound quality.
- For customer that complain about one of the IEM sounding weaker than the other 99% of the time it is earwax or moisture on the mesh, just remove the eartips and clean the mesh it would be OK.

2. Conditions for Warranty Claims
To claim a warranty or report a damaged item, the following conditions must be met:
- Customers must record a clear video while opening the parcel showing the packaging and the product inside.
- The parcel opening video is mandatory for claims regarding missing, incorrect, or damaged items.
- Claims without a parcel opening video will not be accepted.
3. Items Not Covered Under Warranty
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Physical damage caused by the user
- Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or improper use
- Damage caused by accidents, water, fire, or unauthorized repairs
4. Change of Mind
Returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind after purchase. Customers are advised to review product details carefully before placing an order.
5. Return Procedure
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact our support team within the warranty period.
- Provide order details, pictures, and the parcel opening video.
- After verification, our team will guide you through the return process.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping cost incase of defective product will be borne by HZS TECH.
7. Refund or Replacement
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- If the claim is approved, we will replace the product or offer a refund, depending on product availability.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after inspection.
